This a review of the Taiwanese Eats, part of a take out only place near RWC Costco. The purple rice Fan Tuan are great and the pig’s ears are problem the best in the Bay Area the at they slice it thin and with great sauce. The bento boxes are decent, but order from here for the fan tuan and Pg’s ears! Negligible parking, you just pick up so most people just do a quick wait on the street.
We ordered the pork floss & pork belly sticky rice roll with soy milk. The flavors and textures were great. Loved how crispy the donut in the roll is. Food was ready promptly. Parking is limited.
The whole ordering process was breezy. I thank Steve owner to have this business going cause we, the family, are still going through a major Taiwan trip hangover, and his offerings sure help me especially, to taper down my Taiwanese food euphoria, now that we’re home. The wrap and soy milk hit the spot, and will be back soon to have their fried chicken and all the items in the menu. I’ll be blabbing this business to my friends who’s never had Taiwanese before, so they’ll understand what the hype Im creating is all about ♥️👍🏽🤤

It is a takeout place so there is no atmosphere aspect for rating. The food portion is great and taste authentic. Ordered purple rice burrito and red vinasse pork bento (紅糟肉). They are all great.
Taiwanese Eats is so good! Super tasty rice rolls especially the purple rice with swordfish floss. Also the best wood ear appetizer!
The whole experience was pleasant. Order was easy, just through the app and paid. Soon received update text msg from the restaurant regarding the order status. I was surprised when I arrived for pick up. First time ordering, instead of a walk into a restaurant, I needed to scanned the QR code to inform my arrival. A man showed up , he is very friendly. Verified my name and order number. Then he went back to get my order. The whole pick up experience was smooth and pleasant. The foods were as good as just like what I expected, Taiwanese food. I will definitely order again.
The purple rice pork floss burrito was the best. I bit down and it was like a bite of Taiwan. Amazing. I got the black soy milk, I thought it was okay. But maybe cus I am used to the non Smokey soy milks
The 🍚 Rice🌯 burrito with braised pork🐖 was phenomenal!!! So delicious with egg 🥚 and whatever else that was in it was freaking good!!! The way they wrapped it and all is a piece of art, ⚠️make sure though⚠️, if you don't eat it all, to put the plastic back over it or the sticky rice (the tortilla🌯) will stick to the paper 🗞️ it's wrapped in. Had to try the 🍿 popcorn chicken 🍗 which I enjoyed but could have done without(only because it was fried). The fried mushrooms 🍄 were good but might also do without the fried food. Very delicious rice 🍚 burrito 🌯 , the ⭐ star of the food I ordered Tried the milk drink bean one, was okay. I DO want to try the braised pork bento box next! The service was fairly quick and employees were polite 10-20 mins from ordering to getting my food (good food takes time for all you impatient ones out there that are used to mcydees quickness (right there and now ppl). The area is small and parking 🚗 is very scarce - better off doing Uber pick up or delivery. Small area no indoor seating at all or even outside seating to eat. There is a bench to sit and wait but it is very small (may fit 2 or 3 at most) Thought I was going to sit and eat but just ate in the car which was fine. More private as can be. I would highly recommend any dish with the braised pork. Keep in mind there are 3 different restaurants you can order from the site (QR code). I tried the Taiwanese restaurant which was delicious 😋🤤 I wanna try the other 2 or mix and match next time... Look out for my updated review -Louggle
